Education & Training for Legislative Agents and their Employers
What ethics education and training is provided for employers and legislative agents?
- The Commission is directed to establish, supervise, and conduct a program of ethics education and training designed specifically for legislative agents and made available to them. (KRS 6.701)
- The Commission provides instruction in conjunction with LRC sponsored programs, provides instruction to groups upon request, and invites individual consultations.
- The Commission has published several guides for distribution to legislative agents and their employers which are available to the public upon request.
